WHY FINISHING WELL MINISTRIES
OUR CHALLENGE
In the coming decades, the United States will shift from a youth-dependent population to an elderly-dependent population. America is graying. The nation’s population aged 65 and older is projected to nearly double in size over the coming decades, from 49 million in 2016 to 95 million by 2060.
The share of people aged 65 and older is expected to grow from approximately 15% in 2016 to nearly 25% of the population by 2060.
We believe that growing older is not a period of decline but a season of unique opportunity to continue serving God, others, and the world around us. Through our curricula, resources, digital presence, and community engagement, we seek to inspire seniors to embrace their purpose and finish their lives well in every sense— spiritually, emotionally, relationally, and physically.

As the number of older adults continues to grow, so does the need for ministries that cater to their unique challenges and opportunities.
“All that God has done in and through you up until this point is merely preparation for all He intends to do in you and through you going forward.” John Maisel
